Hey bestie! Welcome to Rella Wellness Co! We are two best friends who believe in making wellness simple, realistic, and practical.

We are Ellie (El) & Rebecca (Bec), your new long distance besties. We created Rella to share wellness tips, our own wellness journeys, and to build a supportive community of like minded individuals. We have been besties since 2010 and have realised the power of friendship and support in achieving our goals. We have been right by each others side for all the crazy things your teenage years and early 20’s throw at you. The endless laughs and occasional heartbreaks, every time we thought we’d found the love of our life only to forget about him six months later, drunken nights out we always took too far, questionable fashion choices and the late nights fuelled by the ‘tell me if I’m overreacting’ texts whilst we helped each other craft the perfect reply. Looking back now, we are two completely different people! We’re both settled, we’ve lost lots of friends and gained so many new ones; you’ll find us in a cute cafe with a hot drink, not at the bar ordering shots and above all, our friendship is stronger than ever. We would love to share all we have learnt and continue our wellness journeys alongside you.
Now we aren’t just plucking wellness tips out of thin air. Throughout our own wellness journeys we have educated ourselves and gained some qualifications along the way. Ellie is a qualified PT & Yoga Teacher, also training to become a Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor and Rebecca is a Children & Young Persons Mental Health Practitioner qualified to deliver low-intensity CBT interventions. Interestingly, neither of these were our first choice of careers and not where 16 year old El & Bec thought their lives were going, but we will share more about that in our blog!
We hope that by sharing our personal journeys and combining all we have learnt (and are still learning) along the way through our blogs, that we can create a welcoming and empowering community. Passionate about mental and physical wellness, we believe it’s the small, practical & positive changes that can make the biggest transformations. Our website will explore all things mental and physical health, self-care tips, and real life experiences. By no means do we have all the answers, but we believe tips and techniques to support mental and physical health and overall wellness, should be practical and simple, to support you to thrive even when you are busy working 9-5 (Or not! Because we have learnt through lots of stress and tears that a 9-5 is not for everyone, and that is okay!). Let’s help each other!
P.S. We want to acknowledge that we are by no means experts! We are still learning and like everyone, we do get things wrong. These are our opinions based on our own experiences as two white cis females navigating their 20’s. Above all we want you to know that our community is a safe space for everyone and any hate will not be tolerated, please respect that.
